【HOW TO RESERVE】
Reservations can be made by phone, reservation form, or official LINE. (After submitting the reservation form, you will receive an automatic reply within 5 minutes.) If you do not receive a reply within 5 minutes, please contact us by phone.
Your reservation will only be finalized after you receive a confirmation email from us.
Depending on our reservation status, staff availability, or reception outside regular hours, it may take some time for us to reply.
(Reception hours: 12:30 PM – 12:00 AM) We will reply during business hours only.
If you do not receive an automatic reply, there may be an issue with your email settings. Please make sure to allow emails from "chance-chikusa.jp" or remove any domain restrictions to ensure you can receive our response.

【CANCELLATION POLICY】
Our shop operates on a reservation-only basis.
◆Cancellation Policy◆
Cancellations made up to the day before your reservation will not incur any fees.
For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.
For No-Shows (Cancel Without Notice)
If you do not contact us and fail to arrive for your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the reserved course fee.
Changing Your Reservation Time
If you need to change your reservation time, please contact us by the day before your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate same-day changes, but if there is a prior booking and we are unable to make the change, a same-day cancellation fee (¥3,000) will apply.
If You Are Running Late
If you anticipate being late for your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that if you arrive after your scheduled reservation time, we may have to reduce your course time or, in some cases, decline your booking.
(Even if the course time is shortened, you will still be charged the original reserved course fee.)
Additionally, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to cancel your reservation due to the schedules of subsequent customers. In such cases, the same-day cancellation fee (¥3,000) will be charged according to policy.
