• Anyone under 18 years old, high school students, or those who are legally female
  (This includes FTM: Female To Male individuals)
• Customers with skin conditions, bleeding in the mouth, or any physical symptoms that may pose a risk of infection to our staff (boys).
  Also, anyone who has been advised by a doctor to refrain from sexual contact, has had a fever of 37°C (98.6°F) or higher in the past two days, or has any health concerns.
• If, from a hygiene perspective, we determine that sexual contact is not appropriate, we may refuse some or all services.
• Anyone using or possessing stimulants or similar illegal drugs.
• Anyone who appears to have, or is currently being treated for, a sexually transmitted disease.
• Anyone who is extremely intoxicated or under the influence of psychoactive substances and is in a confused state.
• Anyone currently undergoing treatment for mental illness, or who has difficulty controlling their emotions due to psychological stress.
• Anyone attempting to scout our staff or seeking relationships outside the store.
• Anyone associated with antisocial groups or gangs, or who is deemed inappropriate for our services by our staff (including those who use abusive language when making a reservation).
• Anyone who has previously been banned from CHANCE Group or similar establishments.

• We promote safer sex. Anal sex without a condom, ejaculation in the boy's mouth (including accidental), rimming the boy, or any other acts the boy does not consent to are strictly prohibited. Even saying "let me do it" will be considered a violation.
• Violence or abusive language. If you cause any injuries or bruises that prevent our staff from working, you will be charged for medical expenses, compensation for damages, and lost wages during the recovery period.
• Threats, extortion, or stalking behavior.
• Scouting, headhunting, or soliciting our staff for work outside the store, including illegal employment offers.
• Asking for personal information such as real names, addresses, or any contact details not officially provided by the store (email, LINE, phone number, etc.). For your safety and to avoid trouble, you are also strictly prohibited from giving your own contact information to the boys.
• Any form of eavesdropping or recording, including video, smartphone, or audio recording without permission.
• Bringing in or using SM equipment, toys, or any items that come into direct contact with mucous membranes, such as condoms or lotions, without prior approval.
• Forcing minors to drink alcohol or smoke.
• Encouraging staff to use illegal drugs, psychoactive substances, or to abuse over-the-counter medications.

For hygiene purposes, you and the boy will take a shower together before your session, even if you have already showered beforehand. This is a requirement for all customers.

Please use mouthwash or other oral disinfectants before and after your session to maintain oral hygiene.

If you have strong body odor or bad breath, or if proper preparation has not been done for anal play (when the boy is the top), certain acts may not be possible. If you are unsure how to prepare, please search online for "anal sex preparation" and make sure you are ready before your visit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot provide these services if you are unprepared.

Please refrain from preparing for anal bottoming in our private room bathrooms. If you have phimosis, unhealthy genital conditions, or strong odors, only protected oral (with a condom) will be provided.

We always strive to provide heartfelt service, but please understand that due to health or physical conditions, we may not be able to fulfill requests such as maintaining an erection or ejaculation.

Even if a service is listed as available, there may be cases where it cannot be provided due to health, size, time, content, or compatibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Even if we cannot accommodate a specific request, we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied in other ways.

If you are aggressive, rude, or treat the boy as an object or slave from the moment you meet, we will immediately end the session. No refunds will be given in such cases. Please be aware of this policy.

We are unable to respond to inquiries unrelated to reservations.

Please note that we may not respond to repeated inquiries about availability or whether a staff member is currently with another customer.

Every Thursday by 9:00 PM, we update the schedule for the following week (Monday to Sunday).

If you wish to make a reservation outside of the posted schedule or for a future date, please let us know and we will check with the staff member.

If you wish to book a session that starts after the last train, you may be asked to cover the taxi fare for the staff member to return home. Please feel free to ask for details.

We do not accept tentative or provisional reservations. Please only make a reservation if you are certain you can attend.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will not accept other bookings for that time slot, even if there are other requests.

The same applies to private room reservations, as the number of rooms is limited.

Our staff also adjust their schedules and set aside time specifically for your reservation.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in avoiding changes or cancellations to your reservation.

If you must cancel or change your reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible after you become aware of the need to do so.

Please note that in cases of repeated or malicious cancellations or changes, a cancellation fee may be charged.

If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you as much as possible, but if there are private room or subsequent course bookings, your session may end at the originally scheduled time and we may not be able to extend your course. Please be punctual.

In rare cases, a staff member may have to cancel on the day of your reservation due to unavoidable reasons (such as illness, disaster, accident, bereavement, etc.). In such cases, we cannot compensate for hotel or transportation costs. Please understand this before making your reservation.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, if we are unable to reach you due to call blocking, call waiting, or public phone use, please understand. It would be helpful if you could provide us with multiple contact methods, such as your email address, official LINE, and phone number.

Our private rooms are independent one-room apartments, fully equipped with bath towels, toothbrushes, mouthwash, bath amenities, condoms, lotion, and more.

You can enjoy a private and relaxing time with your chosen boy.

At your reserved time, please call us from the location we provided when you made your booking. We will then guide you to your private room over the phone.

Payment is required in advance, and unless you have special requests, only the prices listed on our website will apply.

Please take full responsibility for your valuables and keep them secure at all times.

We cannot be held responsible for any lost or forgotten items, so please be careful.

(We are not liable for any trouble or disputes that may occur.)

To prevent any issues or suspicion of hidden recording devices, please be sure to place all your belongings in the designated storage area. (There are devices disguised as pens, mobile batteries, or charging adapters, so please make sure to store anything like this as well.)

We offer outcall services to hotels and private residences.

Payment is required in advance. In addition to the course fee, a round-trip transportation fee from Chikusa Station will be charged. (Please see the section on transportation for details.)

We cannot provide outcall services to outdoor locations, cars, cruising spots, or any place where privacy cannot be ensured, or where there are people other than the customer present. (If you wish to visit a non-affiliated gay bar or similar venue as part of a date course, please let us know in advance.)

Please also review the specific notes regarding outcalls to hotels and private residences.

We do not provide towels for outcall services. If you need towels, please let us know in advance. We will provide hygiene items such as condoms, lotion, and mouthwash.

For overnight courses, we cannot accommodate if the bedding is too small for two people to sleep comfortably. In such cases, the staff will return home after the session. Please note that no refunds will be given.

All transportation costs during your session, hotel fees, meals, and entertainment expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

A round-trip transportation fee from Chikusa Station will be required.

We will use Google Maps or Yahoo! Transit to determine the shortest and most common route.

If it takes more than 10 minutes from the nearest station to your location, an additional taxi fare will be charged.

Meeting at the nearest station is also possible. Please note that in this case, the meeting time will be considered the start time of your session. Be sure to provide us with the exact address, hotel name, and room number in advance.

Please refrain from using motorcycles or similar vehicles for transportation when meeting with our staff.

If you pick up or transport our staff by private car, please be extra careful to avoid accidents or trouble.

At the end of your session, you will part ways at the location specified for the meeting, within the course time.

Transportation is limited to subways and trains only. We do not accept travel by city bus.

If your location is on a line with infrequent service, we may need to adjust the start time accordingly.

If the Shinkansen or other long-distance trains are required, we will use reserved seats.

We receive outcall requests from all over Japan, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hokkaido, and Okinawa. In such cases, a long-distance outcall fee will be required in addition to the course fee and round-trip transportation. Please feel free to ask us for details.

For long-distance outcalls, we may ask you to pay the course fee or a portion of it in advance. Please note that any bank transfer fees or related charges will be your responsibility.

If you plan to use a love hotel, please make sure in advance that the hotel allows two men to stay together.

Recently, many hotels have become stricter about allowing non-registered guests into rooms, especially when only one person has made the reservation and is inviting a boy. Please be aware of this when booking.

Most business hotels have increased their security regarding room entry.

Even city and luxury hotels that previously allowed it have tightened their security. If you are booking a room for one person, please confirm with the hotel in advance whether a friend or relative can enter your room, or consider booking for two people. (As noted in our price list, if entry is denied, you will still be charged the course fee plus round-trip transportation, so checking in advance will ensure your reservation goes smoothly.)

For overnight stays, the contract is between you and the hotel. CHANCE Nagoya cannot assist with any issues that may arise.

Please note that we cannot provide outcall services to certain types of simple accommodation or inns in some areas.

There are some restrictions for outcall services to private residences. Please review the following points before booking.

Please make sure your room is clean and tidy, and that the environment is hygienic and comfortable.

Ensure the room is not excessively hot or cold, and is suitable for the session.

Depending on the staff member, we may not be able to provide outcall services to homes with animals, plants, or significant dust due to allergies. If you wish to request an outcall to your home, please check with us in advance or refer to the boy’s profile page for details.

No one other than the customer and our staff should be present in the room or elsewhere in the residence during the session.

If these conditions are not met, the session may be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

If the room is cluttered or filled with many items, we may not be able to provide the service due to the risk of hidden cameras or other concerns.

Our private rooms are simple, one-room apartments with only the minimum necessary amenities. We encourage you to consider using our private rooms as well.
